Normally, it will extend the expiration date of your account immediately after a purchase. However, sometimes it delays 15 minutes or maybe more than 1 hour due to some follows:
1. Your amount transaction is holding or being checked by payment merchant(s) and it takes more time for them to investigate, after verifying they will change the status of the transaction to Completed and we will update the license (extend the date of expiration).
2. Sometimes it delays receiving an email notification, or the email is in the Spam folder. Please check it and you can see the license code in that notification.
In case, you do see the effect, please wait a moment, for example, 1 hour. If not please send a ticket to our support team.
