Question: My account is email@example.com and currently I have 3 devices attached to this account. I want to move one of these devices to another account firstname.lastname@example.org. I want to separate into 2 accounts for easier management. How will I do?
Answer: Here is step-by-step to resolve this problem:
1. Access the user control panel site with your account email@example.com, go to menu Device Information and then you can see this message: Do you want to move this device to another account? If Yes please click here.
2. Click above link and it will ask you to enter the information of firstname.lastname@example.org and then enter the password of the account.
3. Click button Move Device to complete. It will make you sign out and then if you log in with old account email@example.com, you still see 2 devices only. Login with firstname.lastname@example.org you will see the new device in that.
