Question: while using control panel website, I click menu Check Connection, it shows the device name and after some seconds it shows: "The device is offline now." Why and what it is?
Answer: When you click Check Connection, it will try to connect remotely (by an notification) to the target device to check if the device has the connection between the application and the server or not.
If all are OK - including it has an internet connection - it will show "The device is now online".
Otherwise, it will show "The device is offline".
Please remember that there are some features such as ambient voice recording (AVR) need this condition (connected/online) to work. When the device is offline then the AVR does not work.
How to make it is online:
1. Check if the target device has the internet connection or not (Wifi, 3G)
2. Check if the application is still working or not. By dial (make a call) with the access code, such as #1234* (or what the code you defined). If it shows or hides the icon of the application, it works.
3. Try it still sync or not - by clicking button Sync & Save in the user control panel (in Sync Setting)
